Name the product range if known. Include quantity, design load at each lifting point, required lift and headroom. For an existing system, add the hoist model and controller information.
Movement and control
Explain whether the project needs individual lifting, grouped operation or programmed movement. Include the axis count or channel count, operator location and any existing show-control equipment.
Supply and delivery
State the available voltage and frequency, connector requirements, delivery country and requested schedule. Ask for packing, delivery terms and lead time to be confirmed in the quotation.
Documents and drawings
