The current catalogue lists DY+ stage hoists with rated loads of 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 kg. Send us your application and load requirements so we can discuss the appropriate model and confirm its specifications.
02Is a controller included with the hoist?
The supply scope is defined in your quotation. Tell us the number of hoists, how they need to operate and whether you already have a controller. We can then discuss the hoists, controls, cables and accessories as a complete package.
03What should I include in a quotation request?
Include the product or application, required load, lifting height, quantity, power supply and delivery destination. A rigging layout or project drawing is helpful for discussing multi-hoist systems.
04Can you match the equipment to our power supply?
Please provide the voltage, frequency, phase and preferred connections for your project. We will review these requirements and confirm the available configuration in the quotation.
05Can I request technical and certification documents?
Yes. Tell us the exact model and configuration you are considering and which documents your project requires. Request the applicable specification sheet, drawings and CE conformity documentation from our team for review before ordering.
